Our shelters include a 6" vent, 8" turbine and stairs with double rails for each storm shelter at no extra charge!

1. Easy Access

Each shelter comes with spring pressure lift door and non-skid ladder-type stairs with safety rails.


2. Safety Rating

The Texas Tech Institute Wing Engineering and Science has certified this structure to withstand an F-5 tornado.
All storm shelters meet FEMA 320 and ICC-500 standards.

3. Interior Dimensions

For your family's comfort, our storm shelters are made with an interior height that will accomodate most people (inside height is approximately 6'2"). To figure what size shelter you will need, FEMA guidelines suggest 4 sq ft per person, so a 6X8 shelter will hold approximately 12 people. (6X8=48, divided by 4 = 12)

4. Water Tight

Our shelters are guaranteed not to leak for 10 years from the date of installation. This includes the seal where the two units are joined.

5. Design

Our storm shelters are designed and constructed with your protection in mind. They are reinforced with fiber as well as steel rebar, and they are poured with a minimum of 6,000 psi concrete.

6. Placement

We can place your new shelter almost anywhere you like - keeping in mind building regulations, electrical lines, water lines, and sewage pipes.
